The pages under these tabs are partial screen shots of the various pages that can be included in a completely customizable RessNet.
The today page lists events for the current selected day with provisions to add events to your personal calendar, subscribe to RSS feeds, filter events, edit reservations and much more.
The search routines provide for hundreds of different queries to drill down to the reservation information you are seeking.
A click on the title provides for the import of an iCal formatted event to most personal calendar programs.
Requesting a room begins with a click on an open time slot on the RessNet time grid.
At this point RessNet will ask the customer to login. If their name is on file, this page will be completed for editing, if not the customer will need to complete the form.
Five different definable pages are reserved for the collection of event information.
Recurring event dates can be selected here.
Schedule setup and audio equipment is an option of this information page.
The optional food page can be included in a number of different formats.
On the summary page the customer can review the items entered, agree to terms and submit the request for approval or directly to the database depending on the settings.
When the request is submitted, RessNet emails a detail listing of the event information requested to the customer.
